10-Day Refund Policy

 you have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or         exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Protective stickers, tags, and packaging must be intact

• The watch must be returned with all included accessories (box, user manual, tools, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage

• Sale / clearance items

• Custom or special-order items

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at vaeltimepieces@gmail.com with your:

1. Order number

2. Reason for return

3. Photos of the item (to confirm condition)

We will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Vael Timepieces is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
